Recruitment & Talent Development Specialist ((JSTR/RTDS))
Recruitment:
• Liaise with line managers to ensure full understanding of their requirements and preferences
• Determine position responsibilities as well as the experience and abilities of the candidates
• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally, use of online recruitment, headhunters or referral system
• Work closely with HR Manager to deliver recruitment needs
• Facilitate all phases of the recruitment process: screen and route CVs, schedule interviews, conduct competency-based interviews, recommend qualified candidates for further interview, references checks, present offers, secure acceptance and make rejection calls
• Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels and builds recruitment material for better recruitment system
• Overseeing the recording and tracking of job applications
Talent Development:
• Plan, execute, evaluate, analyze and update training development programs to improve employees’ competencies and performance
• Develops effective source of qualified talents for all business units
• Develops internal individual talent training development plan
• Work closely with HR Manager to develope systems/approaches, tools and communications for talent management initiatives (i.e. leadership development, coaching process, etc).
• Being involved in supporting the planning of learning and development activities to meet organization needs and analyze progress against the overall talent development strategy
• Evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of talent management and training systems/programs
Organization Function:
Reports to Human Resources Manager
Qualification/General Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) majoring in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
• 4-5 years of progressive experience in human resources functions: talent development/management, recruitment and training.
Specific Requirements:
• Capability to handle challenging issues in a diverse and dynamic environment
• Ability to handle/maintain sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to people
• Effective communicator, able to sell the job to applicants
• Capability to identifying, analyzing as well as organizing the training program in all level
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing training initiatives in all level
• Strong coaching, talent management and facilitation
• Extensive experience conducting training and coaching program/courses would be an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Computer literate
Customer Service Representative (Kode : (JSTR/CSR))
Responsibilities:
• Bertanggung jawab secara operasional dalam merespon pertanyaan pelanggan (customer)
• Memberikan dukungan untuk inisiatif-inisiatif dan proyek-proyek baru untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan (customer)

Kualifikasi / Persyaratan Umum:
• Diutamakan lulusan Perguruan Tinggi (Sarjana atau D3/sederajat) dari universitas terbaik
• Laki-laki, lebih disukai yang memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Call Center Kartu Kredit atau
• Sebagai Customer Service pada perusahaan telekomunikasi
• Memiliki keterampilan mengetik yang sangat baik dan cepat (good typing skill)
• Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang teknologi dan internet
• Lebih diutamakan yang memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam bisnis/usaha penjualan/pemasaran dan/atau memiliki pengalaman dalam menjalankan bisnis/usaha pribadi
Persyaratan Khusus:
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan jadwal yang ketat untuk memenuhi deadline
• Memiliki jiwa melayani (sense of service) yang kuat
• Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik dan serta dapat membuat satu keputusan/memecahkan satu masalah dengan baik dan cepat
• Memiliki tingkat perhatian yang tinggi terhadap details
