Lowongan Kerja PT Kapal Api Global, adalah sebuah perseroan besar yang terdiri dari 7 unit usaha yakni Santos Jaya Abadi, Agel Langgeng, Fastrata Buana, Excelso multi Rasa, Weiss Tech, Sulotco Jaya Abadi,  dan Santos Premium Krimer, di mana ketujuh unit usaha itu merupakan perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang makanan dan minuman. Kapal Api Global sudah hadir di Indonesia semenjak tahun 1927, di mana ketika itu kali pertama berdiri di kota Surabaya di Indonesia, di mana ketika itu hanya selaku perusahaan rumahan yang didirikan oleh Mr. Go Soe Loet, tapi sekarang ini sudah bertumbuh menjadi mempunyai tujuh unit usaha yang memusatkan perhatian bisnisnya pada bidang makanan dan minuman.

General Manager - Marketing & Business Development

Responsibilities:
PT. Excelso Multirasa as part of Kapal Api Group is in search of a General Manager - Marketing & Business Development. The responsibilities cover areas such as:
- Planning : To plan and direct the team in creating integrated short and long term business plan and strategy
- Budgeting : Direct the team  to come up with the rational budget effectively and efficiency
- Coordinating : To coordinate and evaluate the business process
- Developing : To direct and develop the resources towards the company’s plan in achieving the goals accordingly
- Reporting : To prepare regular management report as the performance report towards the company’s goal

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree (S1), Masters Degree (S2) / Post Graduate Degree, in Accounting or Marketing
• Minimum 10 years profesional experience with at least 3 years experience as the SBU head relates to the development of the business officially and financially
• Preferably GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service/Hospitality industry or equivalent
• Passionate and a person with strong determination
• Strong analytical
• Knowledge on Financial budget and control
• Operation process and procedures
• Full-Time position(s) available.
